- • Are you a seasoned performance marketing professional with a passion for scaling growth and a knack for forging strong partnerships? Welltech, a global leader in the wellness technology space, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate programs across key English-speaking markets, including the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our innovative wellness apps – Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit – by developing and executing a comprehensive cross-app partnership strategy.
- • As the Senior Affiliate Manager, you will own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting high-potential partners to nurturing existing relationships and optimizing campaign performance. Your primary objective will be to maximize the overall portfolio performance by ensuring our affiliate channels are not only driving significant user acquisition but also contributing to long-term customer value and profitability. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing economics, a proven ability to manage complex relationships, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, and Finance, to align strategies, track key metrics, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities crucial for affiliate program success. You will be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates, which include a diverse array of partners such as publishers, media buyers, affiliate networks, loyalty and cashback platforms, and influential content creators. A significant part of your role will involve managing these partner relationships on a daily basis, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed, and continuously optimizing their performance to ensure they meet and exceed agreed-upon KPIs.
- • A key aspect of this position is the negotiation of commercial terms. You will be adept at structuring and negotiating various partnership models, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Revenue Share (RevShare), and hybrid models, ensuring that these agreements are mutually beneficial and drive sustainable growth. You will meticulously monitor the performance of all partners, identifying those who demonstrate strong Return on Investment (ROI) and high Lifetime Value (LTV), and strategically scaling these relationships to maximize their contribution to our business objectives.
- • Data analysis will be at the core of your work. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators such as installs, revenue, CPA, ROI, and subscription metrics, including Publisher Acquisition Manager (PAM) and LTV data. This analytical rigor will inform your strategic decisions and enable you to provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections. You will also be proactive in testing new traffic sources and exploring innovative partnership models to keep our affiliate strategy at the forefront of industry trends.
- • Ensuring the integrity of our tracking and attribution systems is paramount. You will work to guarantee accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all affiliate campaigns. Collaboration with the Finance team will be essential for validating partner performance, managing invoicing processes, and ensuring timely payments. Furthermore, you will be a champion for continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance our affiliate processes, leverage the best available tools, and establish best practices that elevate the entire affiliate marketing function within Welltech.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving strong ROI.
- • Demonstrated hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten) and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
- • Strong understanding of performance marketing economics, including CPA, LTV, attribution models, and unit economics.
- • Excellent analytical skills with the confidence to own forecasting, budgeting, and growth projections.
- • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- • Experience working with mobile apps and subscription-based products.
- • Nice to have: Experience with influencer-led affiliate programs.
