- • As the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager at Kit Global Inc., you will be instrumental in elevating our affiliate program into a robust, predictable, and profitable acquisition channel. Your primary objective will be to drive consistent growth in new creator signups and revenue, directly contributing to Kit's mission of helping creators earn $1 billion.
- • You will take full ownership of the affiliate program's strategy, fostering strong partner relationships, implementing and optimizing systems, and ultimately being accountable for program performance. This includes the strategic recruitment of high-value partners, scaling our existing webinar program to generate more qualified leads, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- • This role is ideally suited for an individual who thrives on building meaningful partnerships with creators and influencers, possesses a keen analytical ability to optimize program performance through data-driven insights, and excels at creating scalable systems that minimize manual effort and maximize impact.
- • Your first week will involve immersing yourself in the existing infrastructure, gaining access to PartnerStack and current affiliate dashboards. You will conduct a thorough review of the program's performance metrics, analyze the current partner mix, and delve into webinar data. Crucially, you will begin building rapport and establishing foundational relationships with our top-performing affiliates.
- • Within your first month, you will conduct a comprehensive audit of the entire affiliate program, pinpointing the highest-impact opportunities for improvement and growth. You will then develop and present a clear, prioritized strategic plan outlining expected outcomes and key initiatives. To demonstrate immediate value, you will launch 2-3 targeted 'quick win' initiatives aimed at boosting partner activation rates or improving webinar conversion rates, sharing your initial strategy and recommendations with the Head of Marketing and the broader team.
- • Over the first six months, your focus will shift to the diligent execution of your strategic plan, with a clear mandate to achieve quarterly MRR targets specifically attributed to affiliate partnerships. This will involve actively recruiting and onboarding new partners across a diverse range of segments, including professional affiliates, media partners, and influential creator partners. Simultaneously, you will scale the webinar program to significantly increase the volume of qualified leads and enhance conversion rates. A key objective will be to build AI-powered systems designed to reduce manual coordination time by at least 50%, thereby freeing up resources for more strategic activities. You will also establish clear, actionable metrics, develop comprehensive dashboards for performance tracking, and implement a regular cadence for working in public to ensure transparency and alignment across the team.
- • By the end of your first year, you are expected to deliver $1 million in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through a combination of strategic partner recruitment and continuous program optimization. The webinar program should become a substantial contributor to the overall affiliate MRR. You will also work to diversify the partner mix, expanding beyond individual creators to include strategic media partners and innovative AI-first publishers. Continued development of documented playbooks and scalable systems will be essential to ensure the program's long-term predictability and ease of management. The ultimate goal is to establish Kit's affiliate program as a highly reliable revenue driver with well-defined processes that can be easily replicated and followed by others.
- • Collaboration will be key, as you will report to Christina Lhi, Head of Marketing, and work closely with a dedicated marketing team including Senior Content Marketing Manager, Social Content Marketing Manager, two Product Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Lead, and Creator Educator. You will also forge strong partnerships with the product and growth teams to enhance the overall creator experience for those acquired through affiliate channels, ensuring a seamless journey from discovery to conversion and beyond.
