  • • In this crucial role as a Senior Agent, Customer Service (Russian Speaker), you will be the primary point of contact for our global customer base, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in real-time. Your ability to provide quick, professional, and courteous responses via live chat is paramount, ensuring a positive customer experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for following up on support requests, often requiring clear and effective communication via email.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to handling a diverse range of customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and voice support. You will be adept at managing inquiries and issues from customers worldwide, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work hand-in-hand with teams such as product management and marketing to address customer complaints, gather feedback on our websites, products, platforms, and services, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • • To excel in this position, you will need to cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of OKX's comprehensive product suite. This knowledge will enable you to communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language, building trust and providing accurate information.
  • • You will also be instrumental in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our company partners and other external stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring smooth communication channels.
  • • When queries or issues cannot be resolved within standard operating procedures, you will expertly escalate them to Level 2 support or supervisors, as directed by operations management. Your judgment and ability to identify when escalation is necessary will be crucial.
  • • This role demands a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of service even during peak periods.
