• • As a Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer at Hopper Inc., you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced AI agent systems into software development, enabling autonomous feature delivery at unprecedented speed and scale. Your work will directly impact Hopper’s Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) platform, which powers travel commerce for major global brands including banks, airlines, and fintech leaders, making travel booking faster, more reliable, and more accessible for hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
• • You will identify and execute improvements to the codebase to enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of AI agents, enabling them to autonomously architect, implement, and maintain complex software systems with minimal human oversight. This includes designing technical guardrails, feedback loops, and automated workflows that maximize agent productivity while ensuring code quality and system stability.
• • Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with top-tier engineers in a high-trust, low-process environment where decisions are made asynchronously using AI-generated documentation and specifications. You will orchestrate AI agents to build full-stack features—from React/TypeScript UX to Scala-based backend services on GCP—shipping rapidly, learning from outcomes, and iterating continuously.
• • You will work closely with product managers and business partners to define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring your technical vision aligns with customer experience goals. Your expertise in LLMs and distributed systems will be critical in shaping scalable, reusable patterns that allow Hopper to launch new travel portals efficiently across its B2B HTS platform.
