- • Senior AI Enforcement Analyst role focused on shaping Reddit’s automated safety systems by translating policy into model behavior and ensuring ethical, effective enforcement at scale.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning automated enforcement quality, translating policy into prompts and evaluation criteria, guiding model evolution through monitoring and retraining, surfacing blind spots in niche communities, and safeguarding model integrity by flagging risks and recommending mitigations.
- • Part of a founding team on a greenfield initiative within Reddit’s Safety Enforcement Team, working to influence the safety experience of hundreds of millions of users and define the future of automated safety.
- • Opportunity to architect enforcement automation, bridge policy intent with production systems, and develop expertise in AI literacy, Trust & Safety operations, and responsible AI deployment in complex, evolving environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with hands-on exposure to automated or scaled enforcement systems
- • AI-literate with understanding of LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems, including ability to evaluate errors, interpret metrics, and connect model behavior to policy intent
- • Experience with SQL and/or Python preferred, with ability to use data to investigate issues, assess tradeoffs, and inform decisions
- • Ability to move fluidly between technical discussions with ML partners and strategic alignment with Policy, Legal, and Product leaders
- • Experience in content moderation, scaled enforcement programs, policy interpretation, and real-time incident response in complex environments
