You will take ownership of critical AI initiatives, including the development and integration of our sophisticated SEO Strategy Agent and the intuitive Workflow Builder Copilot. • You will be at the heart of creating intelligent solutions that empower businesses to not only optimize their SEO strategy but also to streamline their content workflow creation processes through AI-powered assistance. This involves a deep dive into the practical application of AI to solve real-world marketing challenges, ensuring our platform delivers tangible competitive advantages.

This includes, but is not limited to, AI-assisted workflow automation that simplifies complex tasks, intelligent code generation for content optimization, and advanced AI capabilities for crafting effective content strategies.
• You will be tasked with optimizing AI performance to ensure maximum efficacy and efficiency. This involves mastering prompt engineering techniques, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies to provide contextually relevant and accurate responses, and establishing robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance.
• Building and scaling our AI infrastructure is a key aspect of this role. You will focus on ensuring low-latency responses for a seamless user experience, implementing effective caching mechanisms to improve speed and reduce costs, and optimizing for cost-efficient model usage without compromising on quality or performance.
• Implementing comprehensive AI observability and safeguards is crucial for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our AI systems. This includes continuous monitoring of AI quality, ensuring robust security measures are in place, and adhering to compliance standards to build trust with our users and stakeholders.
• You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and fellow engineers, to deliver intuitive, AI-driven user experiences that are both powerful and easy to use. 🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI LLM integration, or applied Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proven track record of successfully building and deploying LLM-powered applications.
• Strong experience with foundation models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude) and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and contextual AI response optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or the OpenAI SDK.
