- • Senior AI Engineer role focused on building Navi, Narvar’s agentic AI system that automates post-purchase resolution for leading retailers through natural conversation, impacting hundreds of millions of consumer interactions annually.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building conversational AI agents for returns, claims, and customer service; owning agent systems from architecture to production operations; building RAG/context graph retrieval pipelines; designing agent orchestration for multi-step workflows; creating evaluation frameworks for accuracy, safety, and user satisfaction; implementing guardrails and safety mechanisms; integrating conversational experiences across web, mobile, SMS, and email; making decisions on prompt design, model selection, latency/cost/quality tradeoffs; and collaborating with product, design, and ML teams to build technically sound and product-aware systems.
