📋 Description

• Senior AI Engineer at 7AI, Inc. in Boston, MA, focused on building and scaling LLM-powered AI systems that empower security teams through intelligent automation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting retrieval workflows, orchestrating AI workflows with LangChain/LlamaIndex, driving prompt engineering, managing real-world evaluation metrics, collaborating across product and platform teams, and developing scalable, observable deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1+ year building AI in production
• BS in Computer Science or related field (Masters a plus)
• Strong coding ability in Python or equivalent with backend frameworks and cloud services experience
• Experience with LLMs in production workflows or complex prototypes
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate), and workflow frameworks (LangChain, Dust)
• Experience with API integrations, database systems, and scalable architectures
