- • Senior AI Engineer (Core) role at Supernal, building the first generation of personalized, self-improving AI employees that handle real business processes for small-to-medium businesses.
- • Design and ship end-to-end agent experiences including agent runtime, memory and retrieval systems, voice interfaces, evaluation harnesses, and production infrastructure.
- • Partner with platform engineering to extend core services (Django, Kubernetes, event-driven systems) while owning the AI application layer for scalable, reliable AI agents.
- • Develop production-grade agent systems with observability, reliability patterns, security controls, and multi-tenant data isolation to ensure trustworthy AI performance in real-world use.
