📋 Description
- • Senior AI Engineer responsible for owning and evolving the AI layer of DOGER, a production system that connects real-world public data into a unified graph to answer complex cross-domain questions.
- • Day-to-day work includes expanding system capabilities by adding new data sources and use cases, improving multi-step agent workflows and system logic, designing external access layers via APIs, and understanding/refactoring the existing LLM-powered system to improve reliability and predictability.
- • Part of a small, product-focused team of four (Product lead, Data & backend engineer, DevOps, and you) building a live system already delivering value with rapid iteration and minimal process overhead.
- • Opportunity to take full ownership of a core AI system, directly impact product direction, work with real-world data and LLMs in production, and grow expertise in multi-agent systems, graph-based reasoning, and production AI engineering in a high-autonomy startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Built LLM-powered systems in production (not just demos)
- • Understand how to structure AI systems (RAG, tools, workflows, APIs)
- • Ability to debug and improve non-deterministic behavior
- • Comfortable working with messy, evolving systems
- • Experience in startups or high-ownership environments
- • Strong engineering fundamentals and ownership mindset
