- • As a Senior AI-Native Product Engineer, Mobile at Zillow Group, you will own the end-to-end mobile experience for home tour features across iOS and Android, turning ambiguous product ideas into shipped, measurable, and continuously improving features.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to define problems, shape solutions, build native mobile features, and contribute to backend systems when needed to deliver seamless user experiences.
- • You will ship features with strong operational discipline, including testing, rollout, monitoring, and post-launch iteration based on real-world performance and user behavior.
- • You will strengthen the team through mentorship, code review, design feedback, and upholding high engineering standards while embracing AI-assisted tools as part of your workflow—remaining accountable for quality and outcomes.
- • You will work on the Touring Buyer Experience team, which helps buyers move from intent to action by making home discovery, scheduling, and completion seamless and reliable across Zillow’s platforms.
- • You will grow your impact by combining technical expertise with product sense, business context, and modern AI-native practices to drive measurable improvements in customer experience and feature adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience building and shipping production mobile applications on iOS or Android, with deep expertise in one platform and ability to contribute to the other.
- • Proven track record of owning features end to end—from ambiguous problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
- • Strong product and business judgment, with ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact and business outcomes.
- • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., for coding, testing, debugging) while maintaining ownership of quality, correctness, and user experience.
- • Comfort working across the stack, including mobile clients, APIs, services, and data-informed decision-making.
- • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners including product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineers.
