📋 Description

  • • As a Senior AI Product Manager at Bloomreach Inc., you will drive the development of next-generation AI-native capabilities within the Clarity product, focusing on conversational shopping and autonomous marketing powered by Loomi AI, directly impacting how 1,400+ global brands personalize customer journeys and achieve measurable growth.
  • • You will lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered features—from ideation and prototyping with generative AI and LLMs to launch and iteration—collaborating closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and customer success teams to ensure ethical, high-impact, and user-centric solutions that unlock real business value.
  • • You will engage deeply with customers to translate evolving AI-driven needs into innovative product solutions, monitor performance using data-first metrics, and communicate insights and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategic direction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in high-growth, innovative environments.
  • • Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven features, or a strong demonstrable understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and conversational interfaces and how they drive product value.
  • • Hands-on experience with product-led growth initiatives and scaling intelligent product experiences in cross-functional, global teams.
  • • Familiarity with ethical considerations and responsible AI implementation is a strong plus.
  • • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and product concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
