📋 Description

• • The Senior Space and Occupancy Planner is responsible for developing creative planning solutions for a client's regional portfolio, including critical analysis, data management, customer communication, and negotiations to deliver an optimal customer experience.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Space Planning Lead and Workplace Strategist in creating master space plans for retail properties, managing space allocations, handling ticket management for new hires and moves, executing and reporting space changes in the CAFM system, developing relocation strategies, creating planning scenarios using qualitative and quantitative data, updating space stacking and floor block plans, preparing and presenting space management data, conducting space walks to validate occupancy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and space utilization.
• • The role operates within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Corporate Real Estate team, supporting a major bank account’s retail portfolio across regions, with a focus on aligning business needs with space solutions through data-driven planning and stakeholder engagement.
• • The incumbent will develop advanced skills in space planning strategy, CAFM systems, data analysis and visualization, stakeholder negotiation, presentation design, and workplace innovation, while gaining exposure to global real estate portfolio management and contributing to cost savings, efficiency gains, and innovative workplace solutions.
