- • Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive card payment initiatives.
- • Work closely with clients to define, refine, and optimize their product and process roadmaps in the card payments domain.
- • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for card payment systems and digital transformation projects.
- • Support the design and optimization of card payment products, end-to-end payment processes, and customer journeys.
- • Shape and execute complex digital transformation initiatives within banking and financial services environments.
- • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions across card payment ecosystems.
- • Act as the primary link between business units and IT teams to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements.
- • Apply process modelling and business process analysis techniques to improve efficiency and compliance in payment workflows.
- • Contribute to Agile project teams, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and user story refinement.
- • Leverage deep knowledge of card payment products, including contactless payments, card issuance, fraud management, and settlement processes.
- • Understand and apply insights from the Belgian card payments market, including local solutions such as Edenred and similar digital wallet platforms.
- • Maintain structured documentation of requirements, process flows, and system specifications to support implementation and audit readiness.
- • Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and clients.
- • Demonstrate a proactive, result-driven approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvement in payment systems.
- • Manage competing priorities with a strong organizational mindset while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or similar role.
- • Proven experience with card payment products and/or payment processes.
- • Strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market, including digital wallets like Edenred.
- • Experience working in Agile environments.
- • Fluency in English; good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
- • Experience in process modelling and business process analysis.
