  • • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives within a designated small-to-medium territory in the UK South region.
  • • Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads and prospects through targeted outreach and strategic account development within assigned channels.
  • • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive repeat business and market expansion.
  • • Educate customers on Enovis Corporation’s portfolio of medical technology products and integrated solutions, emphasizing clinical differentiation and workflow improvements.
  • • Represent Enovis professionally in all customer interactions, ensuring alignment with company values and brand standards.
  • • Complete and submit all required sales documentation, CRM entries, and compliance procedures accurately and in a timely manner.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Enovis products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to healthcare providers and partners.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and clinical support to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful deal execution.
  • • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical practices in the performance of daily responsibilities.
  • • Contribute to regional sales strategy by providing feedback on market conditions, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • • Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support key accounts within the UK South territory.
  • • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
  • • Utilize data-driven approaches to prioritize high-potential opportunities and optimize sales efforts for maximum ROI.
  • • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and company guidelines in all customer-facing activities.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their clinical and operational challenges and aligning Enovis solutions to their needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of business development or sales experience
  • • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • • 3+ years of sales experience (preferred)
  • • Experience in medical technology or healthcare industry (preferred)
  • • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within UK South region
