  • • Serve as a Customer Relations Consultant for Honda, handling both inbound customer service calls and outbound warm calls to Honda car owners.
  • • Manage customer cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • • Perform data cleansing tasks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer databases.
  • • Respond to customer inquiries via email, maintaining professional and compliant communication standards.
  • • Adhere strictly to compliance regulations and company protocols in all customer interactions.
  • • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through clear, empathetic, and effective phone communication.
  • • Work within a rotating roster schedule Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexible part-time availability.
  • • Complete a mandatory National Police Clearance prior to commencement of duties.
  • • Participate in paid training to develop product knowledge, compliance understanding, and customer service best practices.
  • • Operate in a hybrid work model after initial training period, with remote work permitted post-onboarding.
  • • Contribute to a team culture that values inclusivity, uniqueness, and continuous improvement.
  • • Engage with a diverse client base spanning the Pacific, Asia, and North America.
  • • Maintain high performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to qualify for On-Target Earnings (OTE) in addition to hourly rate.
