- • As a Senior AI Product Manager at Bloomreach Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-native commerce by driving the development of the Clarity product — an agentic platform designed to revolutionize how businesses personalize the entire customer journey through autonomous search, conversational shopping, and AI-powered marketing. Your work will directly impact over 1,400 global brands, including industry leaders like American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora, by enabling them to deliver intelligent, scalable, and ethical AI experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-native capabilities within Clarity, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and customer success teams to translate customer needs into innovative, LLM-powered features that unlock real business value. This includes monitoring AI product usage, performance, and impact through a data-first approach, ensuring every decision is insight-driven and aligned with strategic outcomes.
- • You will operate within Bloomreach’s Clarity product team, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial unit at the forefront of GenAI innovation, reporting to the Head of Product for Clarity and working in a high-autonomy, results-oriented culture that values curiosity, sharp thinking, and rapid iteration across Central European offices or remotely from the UK.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-native product development, gain hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and conversational interfaces, and become a trusted advisor on ethical AI implementation — positioning yourself as a leader in the emerging frontier of commerce AI while influencing product strategy, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment at a global scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in high-growth, innovative environments with a track record of delivering AI-powered or GenAI-driven features.
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cross-functional, global teams, with hands-on involvement in product-led growth initiatives and scaling intelligent product experiences.
- • Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, conversational interfaces, and ethical AI considerations, coupled with a product-first, AI-curious mindset and a passion for pushing boundaries in emerging tech.
