Full Job Description

  • • Kyo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a 100% remote, telehealth-only capacity. Since 2005, Kyo has been at the forefront of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to empowering children with autism and their families to achieve significant and lasting outcomes. We pride ourselves on delivering effective, convenient, and child-centric ABA therapy, meticulously tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and aspirations. Our mission is to make every moment count for the children and families we serve, and as a remote BCBA, you will be instrumental in fulfilling this mission.
  • • As a remote BCBA at Kyo, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs. While the role is primarily telehealth-based, your expertise will guide the creation of effective treatment plans that can be implemented across various settings, including home, school, and community environments. You will leverage Kyo’s proprietary care application and advanced data systems to monitor progress, analyze outcomes, and ensure the highest quality of care. These sophisticated tools are designed to streamline your workflow, allowing you to focus more on clinical decision-making and less on administrative burdens.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role involves the mentorship and development of our talented Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees. You will provide guidance, support, and supervision, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional ABA services. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating their understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • • You will have significant clinical autonomy, operating within the framework of evidence-based practices. This means you have the flexibility to select the most appropriate assessments and treatment approaches based on the specific needs and goals of each client. We trust our BCBAs to make informed clinical decisions that best serve our clients, fostering an environment of innovation and personalized care.
  • • The role requires a strong commitment to professional development, both for yourself and for your supervisees. Kyo is dedicated to supporting your growth through company-provided access to required Continuing Education Units (CEUs), internal resources, and ongoing training opportunities. We believe in continuous learning and provide the resources necessary for you to stay at the cutting edge of ABA therapy.
  • • You will benefit from frequent one-on-one check-ins with clinical leadership, designed to support your clinical, professional, and operational development. These sessions offer a valuable opportunity to connect with a nationwide network of BCBAs and Clinical Directors, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices. This collaborative environment fosters a sense of community and shared purpose, even in a remote setting.
  • • Kyo’s commitment to its employees extends to providing robust administrative support. We understand the demands of clinical work and have implemented systems and dedicated support staff to reduce non-clinical workload. This allows you to dedicate more time and energy to direct client care and clinical oversight, enhancing both your job satisfaction and the quality of services provided.
  • • This position offers a flexible schedule, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. While the role is primarily telehealth, there may be occasional needs for in-person services depending on client requirements and geographic location, though the core of the work is remote. You will be expected to support clients during after-school hours, typically between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, aligning with the typical availability of families.
  • • To succeed in this role, you will need a strong internet connection and a dedicated, professional remote work environment that allows for extended periods of video conferencing with minimal interruptions. This ensures a seamless and effective telehealth experience for both you and your clients.
  • • As a remote BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Kyo's reach and impact, bringing high-quality ABA services to families who may not have access otherwise. Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of children with autism, helping them develop essential skills and achieve their full potential. This is an opportunity to make a profound difference from the comfort of your own home, supported by a leading ABA provider.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are not only clinically skilled but also possess excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with children and families. Your ability to manage your caseload effectively, collaborate with a remote team, and adapt to a dynamic telehealth environment will be key to your success. Join Kyo and be part of a mission-driven organization that values your expertise and supports your professional journey.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Active BCBA certification.
  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the ABA field post BCBA certification.
  • • Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising in-person Behavior Technicians.
  • • Strong internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment suitable for video conferencing.
  • • Must reside in one of the following states: CA, WA, OR, UT, CO, AZ, TX, GA, FL, SC, TN, IA, MI, IN, OH, NV.

🏖️ Benefits
