📋 Description

• • As a Senior AI Product Manager at Mirakl Labs Inc., you will lead the strategy and execution of the Mirakl Agent, a cutting-edge AI-powered system designed to enhance operator experiences across documentation, analytics, and growth recommendation flows. This role is pivotal in shaping how AI agents interact with B2B users in complex marketplace environments, ensuring accuracy, trustworthiness, and high impact across the full product lifecycle.
• • You will design end-to-end agent experiences by understanding B2B operator needs, defining reasoning and orchestration flows for sub-agents (Documentation, Analytics, and Recommendation/Growth), and driving the roadmap from concept to execution. This includes writing detailed specs for prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, and UX, while collaborating with engineering, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver AI-powered product features.
• • You will shape and improve the agentic architecture by defining how the orchestrating agent coordinates sub-agents, manages hallucinations, and triggers real product actions such as auto-filled forms, dynamic charts, and actionable growth recommendations. You will also contribute to retrieval/ranking pipelines and integrate core workflows to enable partial auto-execution and intelligent decision-making.
• • You will build dashboards, monitoring, and feedback systems to visualize, tune, and monitor agent behavior, implement evaluation frameworks, and establish quality monitoring and feedback loops. Additionally, you will drive adoption by partnering with PMM, CS, and SE teams to create demos, training, and onboarding materials, and support early customers while promoting the Mirakl Agent internally and externally.
