Senior AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• • Lead the strategy and execution of the Mirakl Agent across documentation, analytics, and growth recommendation flows, working at the intersection of LLMs, orchestration systems, product data, and marketplace operations to deliver accurate, trustworthy, and high-impact operator experiences.
• • Design end-to-end agent experiences by understanding B2B operator needs, defining agent reasoning and orchestration flows, and shaping product-triggered actions for the full operator journey beyond simple text responses.
• • Own the roadmap and deliver AI-powered product features by leading the roadmap for the Mirakl Agent’s sub-agents (Documentation, Analytics, Recommendation/Growth), writing clear specs (prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, orchestration flows, UX), and driving execution with engineering, data engineering, core, and analytics teams.
• • Shape and improve the agentic architecture by defining how the orchestrating agent coordinates sub-agents, manages hallucinations, and triggers real product actions, while contributing to retrieval/ranking pipelines and integrating core workflows such as auto-filled forms, dynamic charts, and actionable growth recommendations.
• • Build dashboards, monitoring, and feedback systems by delivering operator-facing dashboards and configuration UI to visualize, tune, and monitor agent behavior, and implementing evaluation frameworks, quality monitoring, and feedback loops.
• • Drive adoption and cross-functional collaboration by partnering with PMM, CS, and SE to create demos, training, and onboarding for customers, collaborating across Core, Analytics, Data Engineering, and sub-agent owner teams, and supporting early customers while promoting the Mirakl Agent internally and externally.
