- • Senior AI Research Scientist role focused on advancing Cerence's conversational AI platform (XUI) using large language models, including multimodal applications on edge and cloud, to create innovative, moving experiences in automotive voice assistants.
- • Daily responsibilities include fine-tuning LLMs using reinforcement learning and state-of-the-art methods, designing conversational workflows with tool-calls and static knowledge, collaborating with agent teams to embed business logic into conversations, leveraging multimodal inputs to enhance user experience, and inventing novel techniques for faster inference.

🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with post-training on large language models (LLMs)

- • Experience creating conversational workflows involving tool-calls and integration of static knowledge
- • Background in employing multimodal techniques to enrich conversational user experience
- • Track record of innovating and building novel methods for faster inference in AI systems
