📋 Description
- • Senior AI Software Engineer role focused on building scalable backend systems and integrating Generative AI technologies into enterprise applications at Allstate, a leader in insurance innovation with over 90 years of protecting families.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining backend services using Java Spring Boot or Python FastAPI, integrating and deploying Generative AI models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), fine-tuning LLMs, building secure microservices, implementing CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes, deploying on Microsoft Azure, and participating in code reviews and testing.
- • Allstate’s engineering team drives innovation in pricing, telematics, and device/identity protection, leveraging AI to enhance customer protection and operational excellence in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
