- • As a Senior Airflow Reliability Engineer at Astronomer, you will be a pivotal member of the Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) team, dedicated to ensuring the seamless and successful operation of our managed Apache Airflow service for a diverse global clientele.
- • This role is centered on the operational excellence of our platform, focusing on maintaining high availability, predictability, and overall reliability for our customers.
- • You will be instrumental in operating, monitoring, and maintaining the underlying cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters that power our service, ensuring they perform optimally under demanding conditions.
- • A core responsibility will be responding to critical incidents, whether they originate from customer reports or our sophisticated monitoring systems, and driving them to permanent resolution or robust monitoring.
- • You will take ownership of the observability platform, identifying and implementing opportunities to significantly enhance product reliability and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
