  • • This role is a senior leadership position responsible for rebooting and fully owning an existing Amazon FBA store, requiring end-to-end operational control from product discovery to scaling, with the goal of driving sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement through strategic decision-making and independent execution.
  • • The person will operate as a hands-on store owner/operator initially, with the long-term opportunity to build and lead a small team, making this ideal for an entrepreneurial professional seeking autonomy and impact in a remote, global e-commerce environment.
  • • Day to day, the Senior Amazon FBA E-commerce Manager will: conduct product research using tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to identify high-potential items based on margin, demand, and competition; source and vet suppliers, negotiating pricing, MOQs, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and reliability; create and optimize Amazon listings including SEO, A+ content, image briefs, and backend keywords to improve conversion and visibility; manage dynamic pricing strategies, run promotions, and monitor ACoS/TACoS to maximize profitability; oversee inventory planning and replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock, coordinating with FBA, FBM, or 3PL logistics as needed; track key performance indicators such as sales, contribution margin, inventory health, and ad performance, then execute data-driven optimizations; and continuously test and iterate on product launches, listing elements, and ad campaigns to scale successful SKUs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of proven experience owning or leading Amazon FBA businesses with demonstrable success in scaling revenue, improving margins, and achieving operational stability
  • • Expertise in product and category selection using data-driven judgment, including assessment of margin potential, demand trends, competitive landscape, and operational feasibility
  • • End-to-end ownership of Amazon FBA operations, including supplier sourcing, listing creation and optimization, pricing and promotion strategy, inventory management, and performance tracking using tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Ads Console
  • • Fluency in remote work environments with consistent use of collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, plus prior experience working with US or UK-based companies
  • • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales, ACoS/TACoS, contribution margin, and inventory health data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions
