- • Own the revenue forecasting engine for Phreesia Network Solutions—design, build, and maintain dynamic financial models that translate bookings, pipeline velocity, and revenue pacing into accurate forward-looking projections used by C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- • Drive the annual and quarterly operating budget process for our entire sales & marketing organization, partnering with VPs and Directors to set aggressive yet achievable targets, allocate resources efficiently, and re-forecast in real time as market conditions shift.
- • Architect the sales data layer that powers every critical report and dashboard; map objects in Salesforce and adjacent data warehouses, define KPIs, and ensure data integrity so that downstream analytics are trusted and decision-ready.
- • Translate complex financial findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Content Strategy, Analytics & Insights, and Market Development teams—present findings in concise slide decks, interactive dashboards, and live workshops that influence pricing, territory design, and campaign investment.
- • Own the monthly and quarterly revenue close for Network Solutions: reconcile bookings to recognized revenue, perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, and publish executive-ready commentary that explains the “why” behind every deviation.
- • Lead ad-hoc strategic analyses that shape the future of the business—evaluate new product bundles, model international expansion scenarios, pressure-test discounting strategies, and size the ROI of partnership opportunities.
- • Build and maintain best-in-class BI dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or similar tools; automate data pipelines so that leaders can self-serve reliable metrics on pipeline health, win rates, customer lifetime value, and churn.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting to ensure revenue recognition aligns with ASC 606 standards, with Sales Ops to refine forecasting methodologies, and with Marketing to quantify campaign attribution and funnel economics.
- • Champion a culture of data-driven decision making by mentoring junior analysts, documenting analytical standards, and evangelizing new techniques such as cohort analysis, scenario modeling, and predictive forecasting.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics in healthcare SaaS and digital advertising; incorporate external benchmarks into internal models to keep Phreesia’s growth strategy sharp and differentiated.
- • Participate in executive-level QBRs and Board meetings, presenting concise narratives backed by rigorous analysis that influence multi-million-dollar investment decisions and long-range strategic plans.
- • Thrive in a fully remote environment while giving priority to synchronous collaboration with colleagues in ET and CT time zones, ensuring seamless hand-offs and rapid iteration cycles.
