📋 Description
- • Perform and support pharmacy pricing analyses and rebate guarantee calculations for client pricing, renewals, and RFPs
- • Analyze large and complex pharmacy datasets to investigate rebate performance, utilization trends, and actual-to-expected results
- • Support the development and maintenance of analytical templates used across pricing and rebate modeling
- • Partner with actuaries, underwriting, and cross-functional teams to interpret business needs and deliver accurate, decision-ready analytical outputs
- • Prepare clear summaries, exhibits, and documentation to support client discussions and senior leadership reviews
- • Execute ad hoc analyses in response to market events, client inquiries, and time-sensitive requests
- • Ensure all analytical work is accurate, well-documented, and completed within established timelines
- • Continuously improve analytical processes, tools, and standard methodologies to enhance efficiency and reliability
- • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- • Work remotely to support Prime Therapeutics’ pharmacy pricing initiatives across all client segments
- • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies aligned with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid market dynamics
- • Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements
- • Perform other duties as assigned to support the pharmacy pricing function
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- • 5+ years of analytical experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or a PBM environment
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy

- • Potential pay range of $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills
