- • Design, develop, and maintain complex statistical and machine learning models to optimize high-volume, data-driven decisions in pricing, credit risk, and other business areas.
- • Actively monitor deployed models in production to detect performance degradation, data drift, or anomalies, and recommend corrective actions or enhancements.
- • Develop and execute complex SQL queries and analytical code to extract, transform, validate, and prepare large-scale, multi-source datasets for modeling, reporting, and decision support.
- • Conduct ad hoc and exploratory analyses to answer critical business questions, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and inform policy or operational decisions.
- • Translate high-level business objectives into clear analytical tasks, technical specifications, and modeling approaches aligned with organizational goals.
- • Ensure data quality, consistency, and suitability for modeling by validating inputs, identifying data anomalies, and supporting testing and validation processes for production deployment.
- • Partner closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to align analytical outputs with strategic priorities and operational needs.
- • Maintain a strong focus on professional development and continuous improvement within a collaborative, casual work environment that emphasizes work-life balance.
- • Work remotely with occasional planned travel to the Southfield, Michigan office, or choose to work from that office if preferred.
- • Remain compliant with company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all analytical activities and data handling practices.
- • Apply quantitative methods creatively to solve complex business problems with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
- • Support model validation, documentation, and implementation activities to ensure robustness and reproducibility of analytical outputs in production environments.
