📋 Description

• The Senior Analyst Relations Specialist is the operational backbone of Optro’s analyst relations program, responsible for executing day-to-day engagement with leading analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to shape market perception and inform strategic decisions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating analyst briefings and inquiries, managing RFI/RFP submissions for major evaluations, preparing executive briefing materials, tracking program impact, synthesizing analyst insights into actionable recommendations, partnering with competitive intelligence leads, and presenting findings to leadership.

• The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in translating analyst insights into strategic market positioning, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and grow within a high-impact, agile team reporting to the Director of AR & Market Intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on analyst relations experience
• Familiarity with analyst firm engagement models (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), including inquiry processes, briefings, and evaluation methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished, executive-facing professionalism
• Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities and market dynamics
