- • Own the day-to-day execution of analyst relations activities for Optro’s GRC platform, including coordinating briefings, inquiries, and follow-ups with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other major analyst firms.
- • Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP submissions and supporting documentation for key analyst evaluations such as Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape.
- • Develop and prepare strategic briefing materials, executive narratives, and presentation decks for internal stakeholders prior to analyst interactions.
- • Track and report on AR program health metrics including briefing cadence, evaluation timelines, pipeline influence, and analyst relationship status.
- • Synthesize analyst research, evaluation outcomes, and market commentary into actionable insights for GTM, product, and executive teams.
- • Partner with competitive intelligence leads to translate analyst-sourced intelligence into competitive positioning and sales enablement materials.
- • Present analyst insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on a regular basis.
- • Maintain accurate records of all analyst engagements, communications, and outcomes using internal tracking systems.
- • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and communications teams to align analyst engagement strategy with broader market positioning and messaging.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Optro’s visibility and credibility with key analyst firms through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- • Monitor analyst publications, reports, and commentary to surface trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform product roadmap and messaging.
- • Ensure all AR activities align with Optro’s company values of customer obsession, grit, innovation, collaboration, and growth mindset.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving market dynamics, shifting priorities, and new analyst engagement methodologies in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- • Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline research, synthesis, reporting, and market monitoring tasks to increase efficiency and impact.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data including customer information, financials, and proprietary product details.
- • Support company-wide initiatives including employee resource groups, team get-togethers, and volunteering opportunities as part of Optro’s culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on analyst relations experience.
- • Familiarity with analyst firm engagement models (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), including inquiry processes, briefings, and evaluation methodologies.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished, executive-facing professionalism.
- • Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities and market dynamics.
