- • As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will serve as a foundational hire on Baseten’s GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations team, directly supporting the CRO and Head of Revenue Operations to scale how the company takes its AI infrastructure platform to market.
- • Day to day, you will contribute to GTM planning and target setting by building coverage models, refining pipeline generation frameworks, supporting quota development, and translating data into actionable business narratives for leadership and field teams; you will also partner with regional leaders to analyze pipeline health, win/loss trends, and rep productivity to drive plan refinements.
- • You will work closely with Finance, field leadership, Central Ops, and RevOps to design and execute structured experiments for new GTM motions, operationalize successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks, and maintain analytics layers that power decision-making across pipeline dashboards, cohort analyses, and efficiency metrics.
- • Baseten is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company powering mission-critical inference for leading AI firms like Cursor, Notion, and OpenEvidence, backed by top-tier investors including BOND, IVP, and Spark Capital; this role offers high ownership, visibility, and direct access to leadership as you help define the playbook for consumption-based GTM at AI scale.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM strategy for high-growth B2B SaaS and infrastructure companies, sharpen your analytical and communication skills through building board-ready forecasts and cohort analyses, and gain hands-on experience with AI coding tools, SQL, BI platforms, and CRM systems while working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where bias toward action is rewarded.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related function, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
- • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build coverage models, cohort analyses, and board-ready forecast narratives using spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems
- • Strong business judgment and structured thinking — able to surface data, interpret its meaning, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior audiences
