- • The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations role at Viatris Inc. is critical to driving sales force effectiveness by transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- • Day to day, the analyst creates and maintains sales performance reports and dashboards, manages and cleans large relational datasets, develops sales force alignments and call plans, and serves as the primary point of contact for data and analytic requests from field teams and management.
- • Viatris is a global healthcare leader formed from the combination of Mylan and Upjohn, dedicated to expanding access to high-quality medicines for over 1 billion patients annually, with a mission to empower healthier lives at every stage through innovative generic and brand pharmaceutical solutions.
- • In this role, the analyst will deepen expertise in pharmaceutical sales operations, advance technical skills in data visualization and analytics tools, and gain cross-functional experience collaborating with Marketing, Managed Markets, Finance, and Incentive Compensation teams to support corporate goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field and 1-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Sales Operations or the pharmaceutical industry.
- • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, VLookups) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or SQL.
- • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across functions, and solve mathematical problems with urgency and precision.
