- • As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Freshpaint Inc., you will architect the foundational data systems that power strategic decisions across product, engineering, GTM, RevOps, and Customer Success, eliminating metric fragmentation and enabling scalable analytics in a privacy-first healthcare technology company.
- • You will design and develop scalable, production-grade dbt models in Snowflake that serve as the single source of truth, optimize warehouse performance, expand ingestion pipelines via Fivetran, and establish modeling standards that ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency as the company grows.
- • You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure clean upstream data, build experimentation-ready datasets for product iteration, develop predictive analytics and anomaly detection capabilities, and translate analytical outputs into actionable workflows that drive measurable impact on roadmap prioritization and go-to-market strategy.

- • You will define and evolve north star metrics and KPI frameworks aligned with company strategy, translate complex datasets into clear narratives that influence leadership decisions, and operate with autonomy to proactively define high-leverage initiatives in a fast-growing, remote-first environment backed by Y Combinator and Intel Capital.
- • You will strengthen data governance and quality controls, mentor peers implicitly through leadership by example, and foster a data-driven culture by connecting technical architecture directly to business outcomes in growth, product strategy, and revenue impact.
