- • As a Senior Analytics Engineer for Auto Integrate at RareStep, Inc., you will build the foundational analytics infrastructure from the ground up, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- • You will design and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and infrastructure using modern tools like dbt, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake, while collaborating with product and engineering teams to embed analytics directly into the platform.
- • You will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives, while mentoring others on best practices in data modeling, SQL, and pipeline optimization.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape the analytics ecosystem of a growing SaaS business, gain deep expertise in end-to-end data platform ownership, and drive impact through self-service analytics and data-powered product features.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering with a proven track record
- • Hands-on experience building and orchestrating ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory
- • Proficiency in Python and experience with orchestration tools like Prefect or Dagster
- • Experience with dbt, semantic layers (e.g., Cube, Metricflow), and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- • Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and version control (GitHub/GitLab)
- • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau) and CI/CD/IaC practices (GitHub Actions, Terraform)
