📋 Description
- • Senior Analytics Engineer at HighLevel Inc. responsible for designing, building, and optimizing analytics systems that power product and customer insights across the platform
- • Lead the development of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time analytics infrastructure supporting over 4 billion daily API hits and 2.5 billion message events
- • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define key metrics, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for agencies and businesses using the HighLevel platform
- • Own end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data ingestion and storage to visualization and reporting, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability at scale
- • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data modeling, SQL optimization, and cloud-native analytics on AWS/GCP
- • Stay current with emerging trends in analytics engineering, including stream processing, data warehousing, and AI/ML integration for enhanced customer and product intelligence
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data platform development
- • Expertise in SQL, NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and data modeling techniques for structured and semi-structured data
- • Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java for building ETL pipelines and data transformation logic
- • Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Flink, or Airflow for real-time and batch processing
- • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schemas), OLAP, and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managed services for data storage (S3, BigQuery, Redshift) and compute (EC2, Lambda, Kubernetes)
