- • As a Senior Analytics Engineer (Solana) at P2P.ORG LIMITED, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s leadership in institutional staking by analyzing validator performance and optimizing economic outcomes across blockchain networks, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering superior APR and security in decentralized finance.
- • You will design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions that power strategic decision-making for product, business, and validation teams, ensuring data integrity, governance, and actionable insights are delivered at scale to support P2P.org’s expansion into new networks and yield products.
- • You will join a globally distributed, mission-driven team of blockchain and data experts who are passionate about advancing decentralized finance through technical excellence, ownership culture, and continuous innovation in infrastructure and analytics.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in blockchain analytics, protocol economics, and data engineering while influencing high-impact strategies that shape the future of staking, restaking, and yield generation across emerging ecosystems like Solana, TON, Avail, and others.
- • You will conduct in-depth analysis of validator performance, staking economics, and revenue drivers across networks, using advanced SQL and Python to uncover insights that improve validator economics and validation strategies, directly impacting P2P.org’s industry-leading NRR performance.
- • You will monitor the broader blockchain ecosystem to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic developments, producing actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, business decisions, and validation strategies for networks such as Solana, ETH, DOT, and new launches like Monad and Babylon.
- • You will design and deploy end-to-end data solutions, from data modeling and analysis to production deployment, ensuring reliable pipelines for validator analytics, reporting, and protocol monitoring using tools like Airflow, DBT, and Google BigQuery.
- • You will define data requirements for the Data Engineering team, govern domain data marts, and ensure clear data lineage from source systems to reporting layers, maintaining high standards of data quality, granularity, and consistency across analytics workflows.
- • You will build interactive dashboards and analytical tools, provide ad-hoc analysis and data support to stakeholders, and communicate complex findings through effective data storytelling to influence decisions with clarity and conviction.
- • You will collaborate closely with data consumers, owning tasks end-to-end by decomposing problems, executing solutions, and handing off work with clear documentation and accountability, fostering a culture of ownership and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience working with Solana blockchain data, including understanding of its architecture, transaction structure, and validator economics.
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly complex joins, window functions, and query optimization, with hands-on experience in Google BigQuery.
- • Strong analytical Python skills, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy for statistical modeling, regression analysis, and A/B testing.
- • Familiarity with ETL orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and data transformation frameworks such as DBT for building and maintaining reliable data pipelines.
- • Demonstrated ability in data research, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, with practical experience applying regression models and hypothesis testing to real-world blockchain data.
- • Excellent data storytelling and communication skills, capable of translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
