📋 Description

• Design and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and LLM models that shape customer experience, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency through close collaboration with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting across workflows to enhance automation and decision-making in production environments.
• Develop personalization and recommendation systems that deliver dynamic, user-centric experiences across financial product offerings including banking, savings, credit cards, investing, and crypto.
• Design and optimize search and retrieval systems to improve discoverability, relevance, and overall user satisfaction within the platform.
• Productionize ML/AI models with measurable business impact, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in a high-velocity fintech environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business objectives into technical AI solutions, from ideation through deployment and iteration.
• Apply expertise in AI technologies to solve real-world financial problems for millions of users, including embedded financial services delivered through employer and gig platform partnerships.
• Operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven culture where urgency, execution, and low ego are core values.
• Work within a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Bengaluru office, with flexibility for remote work on remaining days.
• Contribute to a high-growth, inclusive team focused on building category-defining financial technology backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital.
• Engage in end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, including data exploration, model development, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage fluency in modern ML frameworks and tools to deliver solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing product infrastructure and data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and productionizing ML/AI models with measurable business impact
• Experience developing AI agents, recommendation systems, or search technologies in a production environment
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Fluency in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring AI solutions from ideation to deployment
• Drive and proactivity — demonstrated ability to operate as a builder and executor in fast-moving environments
