📋 Description
- • As a Senior Architect at Bluehost, you will define and drive the technical vision for the innovation team, turning experimental ideas into scalable, market-ready products while working closely with senior executives and tech leadership.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting AI-native systems, evaluating build vs buy vs integrate decisions, mentoring engineers, and remaining hands-on in development using modern cloud and programming technologies.
- • You will join a dedicated innovation team at Bluehost, part of Newfold Digital, focused on rapid prototyping and bringing next-generation products to market with an emphasis on agentic AI, cloud-native design, and real-time development workflows.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI/ML architecture patterns (such as RAG and agent frameworks), influence engineering-wide technical decisions, and build reusable AI platform layers that empower other teams across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture
- • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- • Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (Python, PHP, Go, JavaScript)
- • Proven ability to take ideas from concept → production → scale
- • Demonstrated experience in architecting AI-native products
- • Strategic thinker with strong execution ability and a commitment to remaining hands-on in development
