- • In this Senior Associate role, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end execution of critical C-suite mandates, including CEO, CFO, and CMO placements, for high-growth, private equity, and venture-backed healthcare companies.
- • You will be responsible for cultivating, owning, and managing client relationships, holding ultimate accountability for all client deliverables. This includes leading weekly search calls, meticulously managing candidate progression, and ensuring the overall cadence and success of each search.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve identifying and engaging relevant executives through proactive outreach, followed by rigorous screening, interviewing, and networking calls.
- • You will conduct in-depth market mapping to pinpoint top talent and identify emerging healthcare trends at the critical intersections of Payer, Value-Based Care, Digital Health, Life Sciences, and Multisite Healthcare.
- • In collaboration with Director-level support, you will manage small project teams of Associates, guiding them through search execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience in executive search, recruiting, management consulting, healthcare, sales, or client-facing professional services.
- • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives.
- • A demonstrated track record of high achievement, consistently exceeding goals academically, professionally, and personally.
