📋 Description
- • Manage the Always-On ABM Engine using Common Room to identify and engage in-market accounts in real-time based on intent data signals.
- • Translate buying signals into immediate, actionable sales plays to drive measurable pipeline growth in Large Enterprise and Strategic segments.
- • Monitor account and contact-level activity to route high-value intent signals to the appropriate sales owners, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
- • Support the end-to-end execution of 1:Many industry campaigns to expand market coverage and increase brand awareness among target accounts.
- • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops to maintain ABM systems, including segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
- • Ensure full visibility into ABM and intent data performance by maintaining accurate reporting dashboards and KPIs tied to pipeline generation.
- • Conduct in-depth account research to build targeted lists and personalize outreach strategies for enterprise-level prospects.
- • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and optimize lead qualification processes.
- • Execute digital media campaigns across channels to amplify ABM initiatives and increase engagement with target accounts.
- • Maintain organization and precision in managing multiple ABM campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and performance targets are met.
- • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) to trigger workflows, track engagement, and update account records.
- • Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and recommend adjustments that improve conversion rates and ROI.
- • Communicate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on account priorities.
- • Support the scaling of ABM processes from pilot programs to enterprise-wide implementation, documenting best practices and refining workflows.
- • Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of each ABM initiative.
- • Stay current with ABM best practices and emerging trends in intent data, account intelligence, and B2B marketing automation.
- • Ensure all ABM activities comply with company standards for data accuracy, privacy, and compliance.
- • Contribute to the development of content assets used in ABM campaigns, working with creative and content teams to tailor messaging for target industries.
- • Track and report on pipeline contributions from ABM activities, providing regular updates to the Senior Manager, ABM and sales leadership.
- • Partner with customer success and sales enablement teams to ensure seamless handoff of engaged accounts into the sales funnel.
- • Proactively identify gaps in account coverage or signal quality and propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of the ABM engine.
- • Balance independent execution with collaborative teamwork to support both strategic planning and tactical campaign delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM or demand generation
- • Experience executing digital media campaigns
- • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- • Strong understanding of ABM principles and best practices
- • Highly organized, data-driven, and detail oriented
