- • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business.
- • Day to day, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead the design and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, identify automation opportunities to optimize operational efficiency, and define levers to drive profitable and scalable growth.
- • You will join a talent-dense, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding with 60X revenue growth in five years, operating in a $2T market, where you’ll work closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) and collaborate with former MBB consultants in a high-performance culture that values ownership, rigor, and real-world impact.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by applying first-principles problem solving, communicating insights to C-suite stakeholders, owning metrics end-to-end, and leveraging advanced machine learning models and clean data infrastructure to shape growth strategies in a deeply data-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Framework for problem solving and commitment to first principles
- • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite
- • High personal bar for excellence and a drive to continuously push performance higher
