- • Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies Inc., a pre-IPO startup building a super app for car ownership with $240M in funding and 60X revenue growth over five years, aiming to scale from 5M to 50M customers and reach a $10B valuation.
- • Partner with the VP of BizOps & Analytics to champion data-driven decisions using advanced machine learning models, conduct in-depth analyses, and extract insights that shape growth strategies in areas like carrier growth, product development (0-1), and user acquisition.
- • Join a talent-dense team of ex-MBB consultants and operators in a culture that values ownership, rigor, and impact, where you’ll own metrics, design and run A/B tests, and see strategies play out in real-world product and business outcomes.
- • Drive impact by partnering with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer insights into acquisition strategies, lead end-to-end A/B experiments on features, identify profitable growth levers, and automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
