- • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies, Inc., you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s mission to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business.
- • Day to day, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead the design and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, define and test levers for profitable user growth, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- • You will join a talent-dense, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding with 60X revenue growth in five years, operating in a $2T market, where you’ll work closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) and be immersed in a data-driven culture that values ownership, rigor, and real-world impact.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by owning metrics, designing and executing experiments, building and iterating on strategies, and working alongside former MBB consultants in an environment that bridges strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- • 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred) OR relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- • High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- • Framework for problem solving and living by first principles
- • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite
- • Commitment to setting and continuously raising a high bar for personal and team excellence
