📋 Description

• • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives such as carrier growth, product development from 0-1, and user acquisition strategies, directly contributing to the company’s goal of scaling from 5M to 50M customers and becoming a $10B business.
• • Day to day, you will partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies, lead the design and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, define levers for profitable and scalable growth, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.
• • You will join a talent-dense, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding with 60X revenue growth in five years, operating in a $2T market, where you’ll work closely with the VP of BizOps & Analytics (ex-BCG, Better) and collaborate with former MBB consultants in a high-performance culture that values ownership, rigor, and real-world impact.
