📋 Description

• Senior Associate, Fulfilment Operations role at Nivoda Limited in Amsterdam, supporting the NL hub’s fulfilment engine by owning break-bulk of consolidated imports from India and orchestrating last-mile shipments worldwide.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include co-leading inbound & break-bulk (reconciling manifests, verifying counts/condition, staging orders), running fulfilment & dispatch (pick/pack, labelling, courier bookings, cut-offs, tracking scans, resolving delays), proactive communication with CS, Supplier Support, and regional teams, co-owning special streams like Express and Jewellery/Melee orders, driving process improvements, and supporting the Senior Operations Manager with SOPs and daily tasks.
• Nivoda is a leading global B2B jewellery marketplace with rapid growth across London, New York, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, focused on delivering seamless customer experiences through innovation and operational excellence in a traditionally steeped industry.
• The role offers ownership of accuracy, speed, and security in logistics operations, mentorship of junior team members, and the opportunity to scale new workflows while contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of logistics experience from any industry
• Experience in stock control of high value products
• Attention to detail is a must
• Honesty, professionalism and integrity are essential
• Familiarity with courier services such as FedEx, UPS, Brinks and experience using tracking systems is beneficial
• Luxury goods experience is beneficial
