- • Senior Associate, Fund Administration (Core IS) role at Juniper Square, Inc. focused on supporting real estate private equity customers and their investors through fund administration and investor services workflows.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building knowledge of Juniper Square software and the real estate private equity industry, performing workspace management tasks such as investor position creation and workspace reviews, supporting customers during fundraising, monitoring customer health, managing treasury activities like logging LP contributions and handling payments, investigating payment breaks and chargebacks, coordinating with bank partners, and identifying operational improvements.
- • The Investor Services team is a rapidly growing team within Juniper Square dedicated to delivering high-priority workflows for Fund Administration and Deal Services customers, emphasizing trust, partnership, and process excellence.
- • In this role, you will develop project management, communication, customer management, and process improvement skills while directly impacting clients’ day-to-day operations and contributing to the digitization of private markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • High level of attention to detail, delivering quality outcomes to clients
- • Ability to be a self-starter: identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions
- • Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects at once while staying close to the details
- • High level of integrity and desire to consistently do the right thing for customers and the business
