📋 Description

• • The Senior Associate I, TMF Operations role is critical to ensuring the integrity and compliance of Trial Master Files (TMF) across clinical studies, directly supporting the mission to improve lives through innovative clinical research.
• • Day to day, the person will perform RMC Lead Activities for 1-3 studies, support TMF set-up and site additions in eTMF, provide SME support to Project Teams and Sponsors, oversee QC processes, prepare and maintain TMF metrics and KPIs, and support regulatory and sponsor audits.
• • The TMF Operations department at Worldwide Clinical Trials operates within a global, collaborative culture focused on excellence in clinical research, working closely with Project Teams across international studies to ensure document compliance and archiving standards.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in regulated document management, gain hands-on experience with eTMF systems, strengthen analytical and organizational skills through KPI tracking, and grow as a Subject Matter Expert in TMF compliance within the pharmaceutical and CRO industry.
