• • The Senior Associate – Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS), Managed Care role at BRG Communications LLC is a pivotal position supporting healthcare providers and payers in navigating complex managed care negotiations, financial modeling, and operational strategy. This role directly contributes to improving client revenue integrity, pricing strategies, and contract outcomes by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations in a high-stakes healthcare consulting environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning workplans and managing checklists to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analyses; handling multiple concurrent tasks within projects while prioritizing workflow to meet deadlines with minimal rework; maintaining organized systems of records and documentation including models, assumptions, source files, and workpapers; collecting, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from diverse sources to support negotiation strategy and financial modeling; developing and refining Excel-based models and creating clear exhibits, slides, and supporting documentation for client deliverables; conducting industry and market research on payer dynamics, contracting terms, and market context to synthesize structured insights; proactively updating engagement leadership on progress, key issues, timing, and availability; applying rigorous quality control through reasonableness checks and independent validation of results; beginning to assist and/or supervise Associates by delegating tasks, reviewing work product, and providing feedback; supporting client interactions by presenting analysis sections and managing follow-ups through engagement leads; contributing to firm-building efforts such as recruiting and mentoring junior Associates; and demonstrating willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client engagements.
