You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the UK, Benelux, and Nordics markets, directly supporting the Senior Director of Market Development EMEA.

You will be tasked with translating overarching regional strategies into tangible operating cadences and execution frameworks tailored for the UK, Benelux, and Nordics. A key part of your role will involve hosting and leading strategic cadences, including pipeline councils, leadership councils, and Fireboard meetings, ensuring these sessions are focused, clear, and result in actionable follow-through across the EMEA markets. You will also be responsible for building scalable systems, designing workflows and dashboards that transition from manual updates to automated insights, establishing single sources of truth for critical data. Furthermore, you will enable cross-functional success by structuring and driving initiatives that span across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring these efforts yield trackable and scalable outcomes. You will act as a strategic thought partner to the extensive EMEA GTM organization, providing focus, sequencing, and leverage decisions to drive meaningful progress.
