- • Drive new renter growth by optimizing paid search campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- • Identify and develop new keyword opportunities and audience segments to expand reach and diversify search acquisition channels
- • Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and campaign performance
- • Analyze search performance data to uncover growth trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, proactively surfacing recommendations to stakeholders
- • Own and be accountable for key performance metrics including cost per acquisition, click-through rates, and overall search marketing efficiency
- • Develop clear, data-driven reports that translate complex performance data into strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams
- • Collaborate with brand, analytics, product, and engineering teams to align paid search initiatives with broader business objectives and technical capabilities
- • Stay current with paid search platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s performance marketing playbook by sharing paid search best practices and learnings
- • Document testing outcomes and campaign learnings to elevate team-wide performance and institutionalize successful strategies
- • Maintain a data-driven mindset by using performance metrics to guide all optimization decisions and continuously questioning assumptions
- • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement without waiting for direction, demonstrating initiative and ownership in campaign execution
- • Apply analytical thinking to paid search metrics, identifying relevant KPIs for different campaign types and stages of the search funnel
- • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance across all stages of the user acquisition funnel
- • Support scaling of new search campaigns and keyword strategies from inception to full optimization
- • Communicate effectively with diverse teams to align priorities, share insights, and drive coordinated action
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 2+ years focused on paid search/SEM
- • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end with accountability for outcomes
- • Strong understanding of the search marketing funnel and proficiency in tracking and analyzing relevant metrics at each stage
- • Experience developing and scaling new search campaigns and keyword strategies
- • Excellent communication and project management skills
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
