- • As a Senior Associate Product Manager at Solace Corporation, you will drive product initiatives that improve customer perception, experience, and retention in a mission-driven healthcare startup tackling systemic health literacy challenges.
- • You will take full ownership of product ideas from concept to launch, working autonomously to rapidly produce and deliver solutions while embracing ambiguity and learning from failure.
- • You will serve as a key liaison between engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, defining initiative-level roadmaps, documenting decisions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment to meet deadlines and goals.
- • You will deepen your expertise in product management, brand guardianship, and user-centered design while contributing directly to Solace’s mission of empowering patients to navigate the U.S. healthcare system.
